ACAMS Conference Cancellation Policy
To receive a refund to the 2nd Annual ACAMS Anti-Money Laundering & Counter-Terrorism Financing Conference Middle East-North Africa, you must contact the Service Team via email, mail or fax by 24 November 2008. You will receive a full refund minus a $250 administrative fee. If you cancel on or after 25 November 2008 until 24 December 2008, you will be issued a credit voucher to be used towards next year’s conference. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received on or after 25 December 2008. No refunds or credits will be issued to “no shows.”

Registrants who are unable to attend the 2nd Annual ACAMS Anti-Money Laundering & Counter-Terrorism Financing Conference Middle East-North Africa, may have a substitute person attend at no additional charge. Please note that if a transfer is made from an ACAMS member to a non-ACAMS member, you will be charged the difference. Simply email us at info@acams.org to add the individual’s name to our attendee list. As a courtesy, we ask that any name changes be made at least five(5) business days prior to the conference.
Onsite Name Badge Replacement
There will be a $50 charge for each name badge replacement made onsite at the conference.
Visa Letter Information or Letter of Invitation
If you require a visa to attend this conference, we can provide an invitation letter to present at the embassy after you have paid your registration fee. However, we cannot take responsibility for arranging your visa, nor can we be held responsible if the embassy refuses your application.
